The web is changing daily. New technologies are emerging one after another that change the way we interact with information, with our computers, and with each other. While some things change, others remain the same. Many of the right things to do ten years ago in terms of usability, accessibility, and writing, remain industry best practices. Knowing what to do in a particular situation isn’t always obvious when you’re not working with the technology every day.
